You have a wonderful family! Amuse those babies by doing simple exercise like skipping or jumping jacks on the spot for 5 minutes!!! And babies for some reason also enjoy being picked up and thrown up (not too high of course!) in the air! I don't know why! More exercise for you! As for running well you will get plenty of that when they start to run and crawl!!!! diet ah yes there are foods that help you burn fat. For more
So glad yo have you back! Love watching your vlogs! I'm with you on the weight thing! I'm the biggest I've ever been since having my son 10.5 months ago. Although I think you look fabulous and you've got twins, how do you do it? Don't get how we've put on weight when we're running round after babies all the time!! Good luck with the weight loss!! Maybe you don't need to reveal your weight in your vlogs just how much you've lost and how you're losing it. Keep on vlogging!! xxx
I have pcos and I am insuline resistance I don't have babies though, but I've had weight problems all my live. I have been trying the pcos diet plan by Hillary Wright and it works great for me. It's not a low carb diet and I don't find it too time consuming. It's definetely something that one can do long term to eat healthier even if you don't need to lose weight. I only control the amount and distribution of carbohydrates I eat during the day.
I go for walks with the stroller or the Ergo, I walk to Walgreens/Kohls or to the park. Or the pool. I also knit (when I can) I am an amateur photographer, too, so sometimes I do an impromptu baby photoshoot etc. Also, I bake, do chores. Oh, and I've started going to La Leche League meetings, attachment parenting meetings and cloth diaper meetings. Find meetings locally that fit with your interests!
I agree with hallf80, walking is a great start. Put the babies in a stroller and walk walk walk! Food wise, cut your portions, eat lean meats like grilled chicken, fish etc. Try not to eat carbs at night, or too many if your breast feeding. Carbs that go un burned turn into fat and tend to go right to the belly or hips. It's really hard to cut portions, but once your stomach gets accustomed to the smaller amount of food, it will be easier. Take night jogs after hubby gets home :) Good luck!!
It's hard on a limited income to join gyms or take exercise classes. I see a lot of new mothers in my neighborhood that put the kids in the stroller and walk around the track at the park or neighborhood. Check with your doc to make sure there isn't an underlying medical issue, then start your regimen. Good luck, I know you can do it!
Hey Sarah! I am so happy to see a new video of you up. I am pregnant with twins myself, boy and a girl. So watching your videos while you were pregnant have been so helpful to me. I am now on mild bedrest and I am going crazy. I am going to stay at home with our babies too. I am worried about being lonely. So thanks for being there. :) Good luck on your weight lose journey God knows its a hard one.
