The film was shot in Gaza, Nablus, Jenin, Ramallah, and surrounding villages and refugee camps. followed the teams from the Palestinian Medical Relief Society, Gaza Community Mental Health Program, Israeli Physicians for Human Rights and international medical & human rights volunteers during the war in 2002. The clip begins with one of Rachel Corrie's last emails to her parents before she was crushed to death by a bulldozer in Gaza in 2003.
