Ummm... I'm not trying to be rude, there were just a couple of things I wanted to clear up about some of sonyafeed's videos and general acting business stuff.
I know I'll probably get rude comments about what I say about JRP, but it's all true. I have double checked my sources.
I know I touch my face a lot...

2) I have enough money for legitimate classes where I can get legitimate training. My parents could most definitely AFFORD JRP - we almost signed up until my mother's friend - an AGENT, said it was a scam.

3) Because. Are. Learn to type and argue effectively.

omg JRP is a school, i am currently going there first of all you when you go for an audition you decide if you get picked whether or not you would want to take classes it is totally optional. Have you ever went to JRP because you can not talk about it until you have been. It is no scam because you don't have to pay

1) I KNOW it's a school. I SAY in the bideo that it's a school. You JRP kids can stop pointing that out...

2)I went to an audition once, got accepted, and then was STRONGLY advised not to go there. Then I did my OWN research and my parents and I decided it was a bad idea.

3) When I hear about someone who DOESN'T get accepted, then maybe I'll believe it's not a scam. But I've never heard ANYONE say they go rejected. Ever.

You said you can get a better agent if you have experience, what kind of experience? (I love youre vids by the way, they are so helpful!)

Well you can get experience by taking legit classes or doing community theatre, booking freelance jobs such as student films or random stuff you can find with open calls, but what I mean as far as getting a "better agent" is that usually people sign with small agencies when they're starting out and as they get jobs and new stuff to put on the resume, and once the contract is up with the agency their at, they'll look for representation elsewhere at a place that has a wider variety of clients.

Omg!! I auditioned for JRP yesterday, And they called back and said that they would like me 2 come back 2day! I got soooo excited! But than, My dad looked up John Robert Powers on Google, and after his website, it started saying, Omgz, JRP is a total scam... They don't actually have agents come, the showcase is just open for agents 2 come. And they said they were only going 2 pick 1 person for each age group, but pretty much EVERYBODY got called back. JRP should not even b in buissness. Thx!!!

@coolbeans971 Sweety, I can find out in 5 seconds every role any actress did in any movie in the last 100 years. Amanda Lynch had 2 lines in a big movie and 1 part as an extra in another movie no one ever heard of. That's it! She is inflating her resume if she tells you anything else. And this is your TEACHER?

Dear, you really need to look up "gullible" in the dictionary. She's an EXTRA. She is the one who should be TAKING lessons, not giving them. These JRP scammers have no shame.
