  • Ive been watching the V3m since before it actually came out, I myself own a Carvin MTS2123 combo, Its an amazing amp and anyone whos owned one can attest to that but its tone is not in the kind of genre I play and cant zone in on THE sound I would like. The SECOND YOU PLAYED IN CHANNEL 2 you had me thoroughly sold on this for my next amp. I was on the fringe but you are the only one whos put a video covering SO many different tonal varieties. Thank you for this vid! I will sub. to your channel!

  • @JPsaxMIA Thanks. I put a pair Celestion Gold speakers in place of the stock Carvin speakers. So you will have to turn down the treble if you keep the stock speakers which are brighter than the Celestions.

  • @MrVintagemusic ah I see. I use an APA 2x12 with celestion Vintage 30s just like the stock one so thank you for the bit of info.

  • @JPsaxMIA Actually, my favorite cab is a Mesa Boogie 3/4 back 2x12 with the Carvin speakers. That cab just kills everything.
