You can crouch and go behind cover, crouching is the closest to ducking (if that's what you mean)

Sadly it doesn't work in ME2 :( but they're bringing it back in ME3 :)

@Vicks007kid Hmm yeah i just hope this is a good thing and not a bad thing. And did you used a save editor on some of your saves in ME1 or ME2? If not how much times have you played ME1?

No I didn't, all clean playthroughs. I did 7, and imported them into ME2, each one with diferent combination of choices to give me the full experience in ME2 and 3 :)
