ROSA - An Animated Sci-Fi Short Film [HD]

You've got to check out this beautifully badass animated cyberpunk sci-fi short film directed by comic-artist Jesús Orellana called Rosa. The short was created in a year with absolutely no budget, and it turned out to be very impressive. I wonder how long it will take before the guy gets his first movie deal.

" ROSA is an epic sci-fi short film that takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where all natural life has disappeared. From the destruction awakes Rosa, a cyborg deployed from the Kernel project, mankind's last attempt to restore the earth's ecosystem. Rosa will soon learn that she is not the only entity that has awakened and must fight for her survival."

Yeah I just checked this out. Loving the style. Reminds me of GITS2: Innocence, The Matrix and Deus Ex: Human Revolution. I'm got an obsessive eye for detail and this just looks lush. It's going to be made into a live-action film apparently.

@EBE246 And that tree in the middle, i don't want you to think I'm trying to spread religion or anything, but i wonder if it has anything to do with the adam and eve and the tree of knowledge,or the story of creation, ALSO, if u've seen the ANCIENT ALIENS series, they talk about that, and how humans came into existence, through some extra terrestrial race or something, so it kind of fits this.

Not to mention supposedly atlantis and the meanings in eye colors.

ANYWAYS just some thought and ideas.

@biomech I'm thinking it's got somehting to do with clones, and something like gamer, where real people are being used, or clones are being used as a game, and the clones have emotions and i guess this clone wants to understand in what kind of world it is. Like is she real or just a thing.
