This film was so amazing once upon a time. It had everything.
Saw it again a couple of weeks back and was surprised to fid it had aged real well. It certainly does have a multitude of clichés, quite a bit more than any film can contain. That's what makes it so special and what makes it such fun to watch.
My original VHS is a pain to watch, looking forward to the DVD.
Try to ignore the silly blurbs they added and the fugly new logo. Here's closer to what it should look like:

I felt in love with this film. I saw it in Paris, outside, between the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadero. That was magic.

Wilhelmenia used to come in to our shop on a Saturday and buy flowers. She was always real friendly and funny and had a lovely drawl - "Don´t be sniffin´all the juce outa ma flowers, y´hear!". Natural, warm and beautiful.

Hello ADA4750, Though I didn't know her well personally, she was from a neighborhood near mine. I wish I could tell you more but that's about it.

I don't know. I recently asked my friend who dated her (he is currently an impressario)if he has heard from her. He hasn't.
