It can be quite concerning if you think of the possibilities

1: They predict the phenomena and come to analize or take data 2: they can be the cause, It consists on a "type 1" alien civilization at least (meaning: they have the technology to interact and create natural disasters or weather changes)

3: those are reverse engeenered ETV (ET Veihicle) by possibily United states/russia creating those disasters on a political based action
