  • Can't speak for the articulated loco's as I don't have any experience with them. On diesels you can set the sounds to manual or to auto, which justs goes up one notch every 4 DCC speedsteps or what every you program the CV value to be. I have mine set to auto. Usually my Tsunami diesels sound too quiet on the K-10 layout becasue I have the sounds turned down so they wont be obnoxious at home. I just uploaded the Jan. 2010 videos check them out.

    & I love the gorge and the river-rafters.

  • Well the Big Boys do one is for DC and the other DCC and the challengers sounds are weird by anymeans but the big boys are better

  • Great video! I was disappointed in the loco. sounds. articulated loco's should have two sound systems not one. Diesels --the engineer is constantly adjusting the throttle. Are the sounds seperate from the speed?
