  • Thanks, too. This one's the original written for Rare Earth by Barry, Robin & Marice Gibb before making a version for Andy and Bee Gees. Thanks for appreciating. Drop by and post if you need any materials that I have in my vault.

  • This was the last hit for Rare Earth. Song was a hit in 1978. A far cry from their hits with Motown, but at least they got to taste the charts again. Song hit # 39 in the summer of 1978.

‘Warm Ride’, a close cousin of ‘Night Fever’ and ‘More Than a Woman’, was set aside and offered to other artists. Versions were released in 1978 by Rare Earth and Graham Bonnet, and finally by Andy Gibb. The unfinished Bee Gees track was mixed and released in 2007 on a reissue of Bee Gees Greatest.

  • @patricksname Absolutely!

  • @Breatherable Fairly reasonable? I hope you are understating that on purpose, Bonnet's is the definitive version.

  • A quien pueda hacer el favor de bajar el video de este tema, por favor

  • RE hit #39 in Billboard, 6-24-78. Written by the Bee Gees. 1st time hearin' this. It's great! God bless ya, for postin' it. Thanx!

  • Oopsy! It WAS "Band Together" the *FAR SUPERIOR* album of the 2.

  • I wasn't sure if this was from the "Band Together" or "Grand Slam" album. They both came out in 1978. Now, I know its from "Grand Slam".

This song is great. I wasn't even born when it came out. I wasn't born for another 11 years! Still like it. Makes me wish I could go to a disco. lol

  • Late 70s disco-rock FTW...

  • Graham Bonnet put out a fairly reasonable version of this great Bee Gee's composition.
