I gave this some serious thought before i decided to write this. I am a black male and watching this is very disturbing. Black people what is it going to take to wake us up.WE are some detestable people, we do not take reponsibility 4 our behaviors, we want others mostly white people 2 come in and fix all of our problems.That is a travisty. When I try to inform people about HIV/AIDS they think it is a joke, its a shame nobody cares until it happens to them, I am not HIV/AIDS positive, but I feel I have a responsibility and will continue to give awareness as much as I possibly can and at every opportunity I get. metoyu36: I respect, appreciate and fully agree with your comment. I am so tired of hearing the excuses. as a people, Blacks must wake up and start taking personal responsibliity. Black parents must parent their children, meaning teaching, educateding and coaching them daily. One conversation about pregnancy and STDs is not sex education! Sex education is ongoing and focuses on everything from sexuality to abortion, and it should begin early and continue. Black American wake-up/grow-up.

In poor dysfunctional communities, like the one I was raised in, black girls are treated like whores. Young to extremely old perverted guys try to manipulate young girls and women to have unprotected sex and treat them like dirt during and after the act, and no one sees a problem with it. I can't speak on what happens in the middle to upper class black communities. Unplanned pregnancies are seen as a rite of passage for most girls. You not a woman until you are a baby mama to a thug. Sad.
