Hey man, I got my 3R80 and I'm very happy with it. I really do the same things I used to do in the past, you know, up and down stairs, cycling, drive, etc... now I'm looking for something to get into the water ahhahahahahaha.

Great. Most above knee amputees prefer to use a swim foot attached directly to the socket. It is too much leverage to have the foot at the regular length. Also, knees don't provide usable movement in the water. Look at the Freedom Innovations Freestyle swim foot. You should have great results with it!

hey, update. I tried stepping up a step about 3 days ago. Landed flat on my ass,,, LOL.

Well i did start with a pretty high step, but still, i was crap at it. I really do have to practice that. Also nearly broke my finger. I twisted it in the graceful decent somehow.

Hi I have exactly the same knee as you do and I am able to walk up the stairs like that, Its pretty hard and really tiring lol. Can you walk down the stairs like he does? I cant.....

Hi, its awesome! I have got the same knee, I tried to go upstairs and its nearly impossible. In fact I have amputation of my thigh at 1/3 and maybe u have longer thigh. Id like to know your knee settings. GJ buddy!
