It really feels as if mind is centered, and whole world is slowly drifting by. Great!
I am interested how did you come up with this technique? Did you picked it up from somebody other set of exercises?

this exercise gave me a huge gain of energy in the chest and cervix when i did it for the first time. it came with a great feeling of relaxation aswell.
fascinating sounds, cracks (the muscles?) i could hear and feel from inside the body ( = chest + cervix =). i just feels good...
thanx a lot for putting up these videos, I'm having the complete radical undoing-dvds sent to germany now after you video-convinced me :-)
cheers!

err, I meant staying present and aware during these exercises and not drifting into other thoughts. Of course being aware and present for every moment in life is ideal.

Slow down man, slow down! :-)
It is a peculiar feeling. I'm been working on synchronizing my breath with this exercise.
One thing I have learned is that it is important to stay present and aware of how the body feels, and of course not to expect a specific result. It is hard for me not to yearn for results but this seems to screw things up.

I tried it, and it works. I almost feel like the flash! As if I could do a hundred things in one sec.
Thanks for checking it out, and thanks even more for actually trying out the technique! Use it often for exponential results...

Yeah, bringing awareness to the body helps in most situations. Asa, glad to see you enjoyed the exercise. Otte- do you slow your breath down? How do you synchronize it with the movement? I am interested. Thanks for the comments and for checking out the videos! :)
