This is a video comparing the old Touch Pro from US Cellular to the same Touch Pro with the crappier LCD screen. This video is probably going to be why i will never buy and support an HTC product again.

Just got my third replacement since july. First one was the screen that just stopped working and then the keyboard just stopped working on the next one. I just got a new phone and the screen is fucking abysmal. I'm glad there are other people in the same boat as me (not to be selfish, but we could petition or something, this is BS after we pay so much for quality)

did you notice they swithced the stylus port from magnetic to jam-it-in? not a huge deal, just another observation.

Really? Wow mine is still magnetic. I wish I had your patience and kept playing the shipping game with them I mean this is the biggest bullshit ever. Looking to get the Pro 2, its specs are the same as the HTC Touch Pro but it runs so much smoother.

take ur faded one back to uscc tell them u want a new fone till u get one as good as or better than ur broken n ur right that should be illegal its un fair to get a very expencive afone and have them give u a piece of shit u deserve a just as good or better replace ment demand a new one with a ggood screen test it in store andcompair with ur old one till they get it right lol hope this helped

its contrast fails GREATLY and i dont know how to fix it, ive tried but nothing works, and a few people told me to take it into the main Alltel store, and they might be able to fix it, ?!?!? I for somereason dont think they would be able to, it upsets me. i might as well go back to a simple lg keyboard phone....arrrrrrrrg.

send me another one, a replacement or whatnot...and i was like sweeet...i had not even had my phone for a whole month and it broke...so i was like if they make me pay to fix it im going to go postal or someting, lol so I got the new one today that they sent, FAIL! the screen pissed me off soo bad, like i just exploded i was so upset after spending so much money, seriously..then the peice of crap they sent me, it was all good, great but the screen was faded, it looked like someone left it outside

exactly!!! ugh I hate it!!! hahaha it sincerly ticks me off...I got the htc touch pro and I treated it like a glass needle, so good, hahah like it was completely brakable...but even treating it that good did no good...it randomly broke. it became really unresponsive and froze up a LOT and the keyboard stopped working, haha DO YOU KNOOOW HOW much i payed for that phone....it sucked, so i took it in and they said they would

my brothers phone is fucked too keyboard doesnt work...laggy...etc I think its US Cellular tbh.
