Double Chocolate Chip Cookies are a delicious sweet snack, perfect for rainy day baking. Butter, sugar and eggs are combined with flour and two kinds of chocolate chips to create a gorgeous cookie dough. Lovingly baked, these cookies are crispy, chewy and absolutely addictive- Give it a go!

RECIPE FACT SHEET

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

1 3/4 Cups of Self Raising Flour
125g Softened Butter
1/2 Cup of White Sugar
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
1 Egg (lightly beaten)
125g of Chocolate Chips (I used 1/2 Milk and 1/2 White)

MAKES 30 - 40 COOKIES

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: About 10 - 12 minutes per tray (bake one tray at a time)

ALL MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD METRIC
(Look up Google for a conversion chart if using Imperial)

  • hey do i have to add vanilla ex and the white chocolate

  • @50centmarian The white chocolate is optional as is the vanilla ;)

  • Can I use ordinary butter or does it need soften butter

  • @Kh200ful You can use salted or unsalted butter if you wish. Unsalted is the preferred choice for desserts ;)
