SuperFreakonomics co-author Stephen Dubner compares the value-add of a pimp to a realtor. The conclusion? Pimps deliver prostitutes more value than realtors do for homeowners.

  • And there is nothing wrong with being a pimp, and prostitution is a totally voluntary transaction, and both should be legalized.

  • wasn't claiming anything otherwise

    the point I was making

is that while "legitimate" whoring salons have legal houses

legitimate whores must use illegitimate houses

    I mean

we spend thousands upon thousands of dollars for psychiatrists

when all we really need, is a good fuck

who the hell set up this system???

  • More marketing. That won't ruin the last human experience we have...

  • hmmm...Realtors and pimps...never would've put those 2 together

  • YOU GO TO A CINEMA TO SEE A COMPLETE MOVIE.

THE PROJECTIONIST IS TRIGGER HAPPY SO HE STOPS THEMOVIES WHILE THE CREDITS ARE STILL ROLLIING. OR HE PULLS THTE CURTAINJS ACROSS, THEREBY BLOCKING MY VIEW OF THE SCREEN. OR HE PUTS THE LIGHTS ON WHICH MEANS EVERYONE STANDS UP TO GO HOME, BLOCKING MY VIEW OF THE SCREEN.

    PIMPS! PIMPS! PIMPS!

How can I sue these cinemas and bastards who robbed me in t he first place?

  • @hampteam What?

  • Hey Stephen,

You're a funny, but ignorant guy. First all professionals are not created equal as there are good pimps and bad pimps...I mean Realtors. It's a hard core fact that Sellers who sell their home themselves NET less money due to their ignorance of the entire process from marketing to negotiating to closing. I guess if someone sued you, you'd be your own attorney so you can save the money? LOL, sorry buddy, your an educated derelict.

  • I would trust a pimp far more then your typical Realtard.

  • CHECK OUT.. YOUNG ROCC - BEHIND THE BARS

  • I don't agree with his pimp analysis, it could be that the higher wages and the pimps are correlated, but that does not mean that the pimps are providing a service, it only means that that is a possibility - it could be that the pimp's prostitute is more attractive than a typical non pimp prostitute. So the the non pimp prostitute would have lower wages and work longer hours.

  • Pimpact? Is that a registered trademark like Realtors?

  • @forwardmover

Buy now, or you'll be priced out FOREVER!!!
