My trip to Germany in October 2006. Spent one full day in Berlin, one full hour in Dresdan and 3 days in a small town called Jena. Most of the pics were taken with a disposal camera after my film SLR broke.

Dresden looks quite different today than it did just a decade ago. The city hadn't the funds (all of the GDR didn't) to do full restoration work, so many buildings were still blackened from the fire-bombing of WWII. Black as Coal. That's finally changed now, but what a piece of living history that was. It was as if the war just happened. Berlin was my home for a couple years. Miss it sometimes.

Great Video. I am personally attached to this city, its where all my family is and i really love the place. I like the music that you put in to your vid too because coldplays music reminds me of being there. Ich bin ein Berliner!
