Great singing. I disagree with the comments about makeup/costume. I find this staging much more in the spirit of baroque (elaborate). And the makeup is meant to be seen hundreds of feet away. This is a breath of fresh air compared to modern stagings, sung upside-down on a trapeze with sequined dildos.

@TheAleph74 I agree.Her costume and makeup look like something out of a horror movie or nightmareWere they going for the Adams Family look or what??Ths has to be one of the worst costume and make up mishaps in opera history.She should not have went out on stage looking like that,she should have insisted they do better.
