Dear Aeri, I come from Indonesia. we also have similar fritter like "jeon", named "bakwan", but instead of pan fry it, we just deep fry it,,, it's really good=) and i made some pajeon several times ago, i used dashima broth to enhance the flavor,, i think it was really good =)

you can add potato.. onion.. carrot.. green onion.. green peppers..

@aeriskitchen i came across ur website yesterday, its amazing...and all the food looks so yummy i wanna be a good cook of korean food but sometimes its hard to find some ingredients in Brisbane Aus even in a korean market ㅠ.ㅠ. I am making a cooking website but its more of a blog xD but its not jsut korean food i hope to share recipes together. thanks and keep up the wonderful work :)

after you cooked that will the zucchini be hard or soft? & also do you have to add onion it?

it is a little crunch..but soft..too.. onion gives good flavor to it.
