Peter maybe starting aggressive but notice as Peter tries t act tough he backs off and remembers Toney is tough. Peter does not want to brawl or make it a true fight/slobberknocker with Toney. Toney's defence is so god damn incredible it could win him a fight alone.

He shouldn't be allowed to punch him in the back so frequently and rabbit punch. Peter is fighting pretty dirty and flagrantly.
