This ad was probably made because a number of Latino organizations like the League of Latin Americans (LULAC) have come out against net neutrality claiming that it would hurt Latinos and other racial minorities. This misguided opposition to net neutrality is because organizations like LULAC receive lots of money from companies like AT&T and because the leaders of such organizations may not completely understand the issue.

What does being latino have anything to do with net neutrality? Why can't it just be /everyone/ for net neutrality? There aren't groups of white people saying "WHITE PEOPLE FOR NET NEUTRALITY!"
