I've always loved playing this in the arcade. Iif I could cast a movie out of this, my top choices are:
Steve: Leonardo DiCaprio
Billy: Owen Wilson
Bob: Christian Bale
Cormano: Antonio Banderas

One of the last great side scrolling arcade action games made by Konami and it defiantly has a lot of polish. Doesn't quite hold up to The Simpsons, but it's pretty close.
