Pharmacy Automation Concepts by Willach+Heise (short version)

This video is taken at the Malouf Group Aspley store in Queensland, Australia. It shows how the market leader in pharmacy dispensing solutions, Willach+Heise, has helped to enhance the pharmacy's efficiency by integrating a complete and tailored solution: A Consis robot for fast moving products was placed between the dispensary benches. This allows for a combination of traditional, forward and direct dispensing. The market leading Fama drawers are used for slow moving items, scripts waiting as well as S2/S3 extra stock. A Fama Worktop Shelf has been set up as a Wesbster Packaging Station. The whole dispensary is now organized and allows the pharmacists in charge to dispense quickly and efficiently while giving them time to focus on what they have been trained for: consulting their customers.
