Ya, if you own a pc. like me, all you need to do is upgrade the video card every few years, which costs less than a console. my 6 year old single core amd athlon 64 3400+ is running crysis and call of duty 4/5 just fine! all i did was get a graphics card which costed 70 bucks. beats paying for a console. i already have a pc, why buy a whole different box, when i can do anything on my pc. i AM upgrading soon, and rebuilding my pc

Also , Microsoft isnt a great game company , in fact beside halo which is so overrated and Gears of war , which was fun for the 5 hours it lasts ... there aint many game that is made by microsoft that is worth for me getting a 360. especialy considering that , 80% of 360 game also are on PS3 OR PC.

that leave me 3 choices now...

you think there is less lag and you think it is better quality , that is a placebo effect of paying for it , you want to comfort yourself for the money you are paying for. i assure you , they are the same.

I like windows vista 64 , i've always use a windows base system ( tried linux once , and unfortunatly im too dumb to make it work properly ). But that is only because its the only OS that can work fine and is easy to use and is compatible with everything. they have a monopole...

The 360's Live service is, in my opinion, better. I seem to get quite a bit less lag while playing, amongst other things (like a more stable party system).

I see kids on both systems. While yes, there are more on the 360, it also makes it more fun because you can grief them until they quit, which is quite satisfying.

Windows =/= Microsoft. Just because you don't like one product of a company doesn't mean you don't like the company.

IMHO you are wrong if you think the money you paying for the 360 online is worth it compared to the PS3 free online service.

i don't see kids on the Online PS3, and yet on the 360 in every single game you will join there will be some little kid calling other peoples name with alot of cursed word every time.
