If all Bengalis thought like Swapan Dasgupta, Bengal would've been another Gujarat today. It's a shame that Bengal still stays behind in the politics of murder, arson, vandalism (aka CPM, Trinamool, Bengal Congress).
Anyways, Swapan Sir you're an inspiration for me. You're the most erudite ideologue the Right has got in India.

Kudos to ...Whosoever has uploaded this. The point Swapan is making is extremely valid....wish all of India b4 they go to vote next could see this and then decide what is the right choice as a nation. UPA is a bunch of inept people and has made enough mess....lets kick them out next time.

If studying in St. Stephens means u forget what nationalism means, then its better for people not to study there. I would take nationalism (people who love their country) anyday more than some pseudo secular intellectual morons).
Zia Ul Haq also studied there, biggest enemy of India.

hello! completely concur with you. glad that atleast some people look beyond the 'communal' tag. its heartening because after their defeat i think they ought to disband and leave india to its own devices. india doesent deserve good leaders.

Poor Swapan Dasgupta, feet licker of the Saffron outfits had a very tough time in accepting the harsh defeat of the BJP than in 2004. I can't believe this man studied in St Stephens. All his writings are of bigotry and intolerance. BJP has lost miserably and swapan has really eaten shit this time.
