American Inventor, "Glenda & Richard Jackson's Dryer Show Holder is amazing! Seriously, everyone is annoyed by that rattling in the dryer when you put your shoes in to dry, so an invention that holds your shoes in place in the dryer with a powerful magnet is quite innovation."
Startup Nation Bog, 01/16/2009 Invention of the Week, "Richard and Glenda have an issued US Utility patent on their invention. Along with the winter comes snow, sleet, slushand ultimately grimey, muddy shoes. Dryer Shoe Holder was developed to help consumers launder their tennis shoes, without all that bumping and banging around in the drum of the clothes dryer. The device safely secures tennis shoes inside of the dyer, and holds them firmly in place while tumbling. It consists of a flat base unit with straps for fastening the shoes. The underside of the base is magnetic, and attaches securely to the metal drum of the dryer."

  • Wow, what a terrific invention! Not only does it reduce noise but it prevents the dryer itself from getting scuffed up!
