As a Christian I don't understand the ignorance of these evangelical Christian folks who do gatherings like this and then focus on things like abortion and homosexuality. First off, about eight years ago while scanning radio stations I came upon Focus On The Family where the host was noting that divorce was higher amongst Christians than non-Christians. This was years before the same sex marriage laws. So blaming same sex marriage for the high divorce rates is both illiterate and disingenuous
