The voting machines are owned and operated by Republicans and Karl Rove has an IT guy named Mike Connell who tabulates the votes on his Republican company's servers which also put out the Republican Party's websites for the GOP and its candidates. This is part of the law suit brought by Cliff Arnebeck and Bob Fritakis in Ohio--go to freepress(dot)net

They are planning to steal it again--votes are already being flipped, voter suppression is in the millions since they automated the voter registration lists--Republicans "caged" the voters (ROVE) and removed them--the list goes on. Read Block The Vote on RollingStone(dot)com by Robert Kennedy Jr. and Greg Palast and download their free guide "Steal Back Your Vote".

The true answer which I am disappointed Brad did not provide is that the media are corporate owned and are not only in the tank for Republicans but complicit in the theft. They misrepresent the polls, they favor the Republican candidates and they outright lie.

But he didn't go into depth. And the Ukraine "revolution" was a product of McCain's lobbyist advisors--Rick Davis and Paul Manafort. Those two guys are at the bottom of the deal brokering with Putin and his "oligarch" Deripasky for the mineral rights to Montenegro as well as the lobbying in Fannie and Freddie that kept them DEregulated and created the mortgage crisis in the GSEs. McCain advisor Phil Gramm created the rest of it through his addendum that smashed Glass-Steagall.

Correction: Gramm's amendment destroyed the Shad-Johnson Accord in 2000. Glass-Steagall was dismantled earlier in 1999. You need to put the two together to understand what happened to the economy.
