  • lol at all the hater comments. Do you know how HARD a natural glute ham raise concentric is?

  • If he can't lower himself and do ten reps that way then there is no problem with him using a little momentum to help. It is a way of reducing the weight. Nothing wrong here that I can see.

  • @cedzworld I can't see how that can work, the barbell is too far up and will move.

  • i remember doing these in weightlifting.... 2 or 3 reps and we couldnt walk. gotta love these things

  • i got a boner watching this

  • Wow... I've been doing back extensions for months and I STILL can't do these well

  • WHOA. I don;t think I could do this!

  • Meh I can do like 4 REAL GHRs, I can finally do it!

  • @HomoImperitus404 I'll try some this way then i'll try doing some WITHOUT just landing on my hands then pulling myself up. I'll TRY. I can do stiff-legged deadlifts with about 2.5x bodyweight so it would be interesting to see how i do with these.

  • @yamanmustafa Let's see u try it.

  • @BoNursukker I put my ankles under a barbell that weighs more than I do.

  • @ZorflexOL
