  • If you have a good vice and some sockets you can press them out by

    Putting the larger socket on the outer rim of the linkage and a

    Smaller socket against the bearing and use the vice to press them

  • would this cause the bike to have a more bumby ride on the track

  • Its worth to note here that the roller bearings in the swingarm have NO CAGE. This means the rollers can fall out if your not careful.The rollers are small so if they fall on the floor your not going to be able to find them so be careful!!

  • Hey...I tried to follow the video and take out the bearings of the linkages but their stuck.I bought my bike second hand and it seems they had never changed those bearings...I tried freezing the linkage with the bearings in and hammered it with all my strengh and nothin...the bearing wont come out...any sugestion?
