Hello. Here is my demo of Genuine Soundware's VB3 1.4 Tonewheel plugin. I really enjoy using this plugin for great Hammond sound. The Leslie simulator is also one of the best. If you have any questions let me know. Take care.

  • B4 two is discontinued?? Why?

  • @PeteBuchwald It's been gone for about a year or so I'd say. Short of its appearance and standalone functions, I'd say VB3 blows it out of the water. The Drawbar tones of B4 II, the drive and the Leslie simulation are nothing compared to VB3 in my opinion. I'm not payed to promote VB3 or anything, I just happen to really enjoy the quest for authentic Hammond and Leslie tone. The drawbar and control mapping is a little better in VB3 for my hardware needs as well.

  • Nice rig man. I have VB3 too and it is much discussed in the Yahoo group clonewheels.

  • @JamKar1 Thanks, it's a lot of fun. I'll have to check out Yahoo users.

  • Nice demo of VB3.

  • @ahooahoo7777 Thanks, I wish I hadn't forgot to turn some of the gain down when I peiced it together, better than playing through speakers and recording with a camera mike though. Take care.

  • @patmm97 Key Performer has an upgrade coming up soon where you can use it with two keyboards,or split a single keyboard or layer sounds. From my experience, both VB3 and Key Performer are first class creations at reasonable prices.

  • Anyone that is only using a single keyboard without any bass pedals might want to download Key Performer from the same company GSI. Key Performer has the same organ sound as VB3 but is designed for a single keyboard and also has a bunch of pianos, electric pianos, strings, mellotron, bass guitar, synth, amp modeling, and more. It can stand alone also and it's free to try at genuinesoundware. com

  • You're comprehensive gear commentary should really come after a sound demo mate :( but thank you for this
