http://www.fitstep.com - This is a single-leg exercise done using substantial weight. You'll be doing only the top few inches of the range of motion of the squat, pushing primarily with one leg. The other leg is off to the side for balance purposes. This develops single-leg power while also running uneven tension through the core, which helps develop excellent core strength.
