Jensen's voice as Dean. You forget how much he changes it. Misha really changes his voice for Castiel, but Jensen's gets deeper and rougher too.

i just realized some days ago that jensen drew a breath in through another shapeshifter line just like jared told in s4e19 when he says about adam "then he is a shape-shifter". i love this, i will never be able to watch those scenes ever again without laughing.
