Can you explain how were setlists working before they've changed it?

Earlier they had song specific files,so you downloaded only the songs you needed.

But for the new one to work as it's meant to be, you need to download all songs, or you'll have blank folders with only the setlist files and no song or note chart files.....

I got a problem :l , when the song loads , it says Initializing . I wait for 2 hours it doesnt open :l

Ok thanks. One more thing I forgot: about the song lyrics, if it isn't too much... Do I need a specific file in a song's folder so that the lyrics appear in game?
