BROOKE THEISS I LOVE YOU

Brooke Theiss, who was born 23 October 1969 in Palos Verdes, California, decided to become an actress at the age of 12. After studying drama for four years, she got her first acting job, an appearance in a Coca-Cola commercial. After high school, Theiss chose to continue her drama education at the New York University School of Performing Arts. While still a student there, and after doing several more commercials, she appeared on the television series Growing Pains, and went on to star in the show's spin-off, Just the Ten of Us. Brooke's first feature movie role was in Little Nikita, in 1988, but later that year, Brooke's big role came in the hit horror movie A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master as Debbie Stevens, for which she was nominated for a Young Artist Award in 1989, the same year she also received a Young Artist Award nomination for her role as Wendy Lubbock in Just The Ten of Us. Although her future seemed bright, what followed was more than a dozen TV appearances, in shows such as Blossom, Beverly Hills, 90210, and several forgettable movies. Her most recent role was in 2004's Catwoman, starring Halle Berry. Brooke is happily married since June 1994, to actor Bryan Genesse. The couple has one child, a son named Mitchell, who was born on July 15th, 1995.
