I've got an easier way to do secret mission 9...
To do this you gotta have Devil Trigger on max and Pandora's disaster gauge on max before you start the secret mission.
On the 1st group you walk away, trying to put them close enough so you can activate Devil Trigger and use some stinger moves to kill them.
As soon as the last assault dies, use the Omen move of Pandora to hitkill the 2nd group.

another good tactic to use for No. 9. is having the pandora meter at full and use shotgun on the first group and the battleship-thingy at the second group which will kill at least 2 of them and then just keep the last one down with your shotgun

WTF at 7:07 ? How did you ride it too long??? I've tried that and im just halfway there and the pandora keep transforming back onto briefcase??? but im not pressing anything im just keeping it moving..
