I was just hoping for something I could take it easy on and not flatten w\my current 340+ pound frame. It really is surprising . . the attention to detail regarding sturdiness. How about leg workouts? I can see the footplates so there is a possible modified squat exercise that can be done. Anything else involving the legs? FYI good commentary...you sound kinda like Bob Ross...lol

I have on eof these, it's great. Pretty much the same as Total Gym Acheiver.

it's a good machine for the money ... hundreds less than the total gym 1500 and works almost the same (my brother-inlaw has the total gym and's constucted slightly sturdier). when used with other exercise routines it works great
