We may fance a swap in the future, but next year, however, if you let me know when you want to rent ours, I will work around the dates as we intend to go out possibly end of July/early August for ten days. Hi Sadly the course is not finished, however, I do rent it out as there is plenty to do and see out and about. The skiing resort of Borovets is ony twenty mins away please see my website golfclubibar.co.uk regards Mark

One anecdote before i go. The first time i went to Bulgaria i went to a bar and had a pizza and a beer. When i got the bill id been charged for 2 pizzas and a beer. When i questioned the waitress why she'd charged me for 2 pizzas she said, "i dropped the first one." true story!

It is in Sunny day 2 if you wish to do some research. i realise i havent spoken highly of Sunny beach its just that after going out there 3 times a year for 5 years, i'm bored of the place. Your place obviously has massive potential and i hope it realises that. I went to Borovets many years ago and i found the scenery and landscape magnificent. Even if you didnt want to do a swap i would still be interested in renting your apartment out next summer. Best wishes Shaun.

It was 2 years overdue and i find most Bulgarians to be very unhelpful although i know there are plenty of good ones out there. i know our places are very very different but if you are interested in a swap for a week or two i would be interested as at the moment i am only going to my apartment to justify buying it.

Hi Mark, thanks for your reply. i have done some research on IBAR and i feel very sorry for all who have invested there, especially the people who may, or have had, their property demolished. It seems to me the mayor didnt receive the brown envelope he thought he was due?

I, in a moment of madness, bought in Bulgaria in the classy Sunny beach, probably the worst thing ive ever done!!!
