My band Horseshoes and Handgrenades performing The Cars' "Moving In Stereo". Everyone likes Phoebe Cates.
Oh, and if you are wondering why it doesn't say, "my band Deere In Headlights" it is because whenever we play a song in which we all play different instruments than what we normally play, then we call ourselves Horseshoes and Handgrenades, because we are almost a band. Well also, really everyone else changes what instrument that they play, except me, I am always on guitar.
Pretty good cover.
lol any chance you got the tabs for this off the internet somewhere? If so could you tell me where, I can't find any I like.

Unfortunately, it was first played by ear by the bass player, who then taught me how to play it on guitar. And since this was a few years ago, I even forgot how to play the song. If I come across anything, I will let you know.

actually, you should come clean and let people know how you really do it. Download the midi file from the net and play along with it. About 50 percent of what you hear is the midi file being played straight and the rest is the band hacking along with it.

50%, that is a bit high. The swirling sound is definitely a midi recording. The intro from Fast Times is also recorded, but everything else is 100% being played by the band. So I'd say that is more like 10-15% of the song recorded.

i see only three musicians, but i hear many more than three instruments... not everyone on the camera?
not a bad cover.

Yeah, one of the drummers is playing keyboards, and is probably not seen on camera.
btw, our other drummer is the one playing bass, and the bass player is playing drums and singing. Of course, I always seem to just be on guitar.
