@OptimalFitJen np u dont need to apologise , could u please give me a workout system for something which includes biceps ,triceps , chest and lats for dumbbells . anything which in that case which can increase d size at working out in home. i have a pull up bar and i do 3 sets [10-12 each ] same for pushups

This is a great exercise for biceps! Try this one but insted of standing up, take a beanch and do this sitting down .. :)

@Sweetness93an If you do exercises like this one while standing you are forced to engage your core and even your legs to remain standing, thus working even harder and burning more calories! Challenge yourself to do as many of your exercises as possible standing and you will notice great results!! Take care!
