Piano movers are amazing, but sometimes they miscalculate. Once when moving my Steinway grand, the movers got it stuck in a stairwell. After removing several stairs they still couldn't get it moved because of the overhead angle of the stairwell. They finally had to try and extricate it, and it ended up where it was before. Needless to say, they didn't get paid a cent and had to rebuild my stairs besides. Now I can't bear to see a piano being moved and it was all I could do to watch this video!
