The Chestnut Ridge is a short line in Palmerton Pa that serves the Horse Head Zinc Co in Palmerton. The line operates chopped-nose GP-7 #11. Today we'll watch #11 back down to the NS interchange and return with 15 covered hoppers. Flimed 3/8/2010

@altoonaPArailfan - The NS has the line which brings the cars to the yard. This local railway mainly does the work for the zinc plant.

how often does this line run? never had the chance to get out to take some pictures of this local line.
