Bush defends the Bailout of Citigroup and suggests he and Treasury Sec Paulson may step in again before his term is up. This money does have some restrictions on it, many are calling them strings, but it sure appears that Lame Duck President Bush is looking to spend some more of the American Taxpayer's money.
CNN's Ali Velshi goes on to explain what restrictions are in place. Check out Paulson in the video, he looks cranked up on something.

Why does everyone forget that this was done under the Bush administration? Everyone blames Obama for the bailouts and some even blame him for the crash itself. I find it quite ridiculous to blame someone who was not even president at the time, for all these bailouts.

The Bailout of Citigroup of Monday
November 24th 2008 was the Biggest Bailout in History.
This just goes to show that if Citigroup the Biggest Bank in the U.S can go Bankrupt without a Bailout, then Anybody in the World can go Bankrupt if they're not smart with their Finances & Spending.
Especially with their Spending.

"I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered." --- Thomas Jefferson 1802
