  • Lumpia always gets me too. Whoa, 6.4lbs in a week Ai. That's awesome Ai. I going to go through every one of your videos. I know I'm kinda late on the responses but, I don't want to miss anything. I'm not sure how this diet works so bare with me k. Are you working out at the same time and are you counting calories when you're on this diet?

  • @MSumodobila - exercise is not necessary. walking 30 minutes a day is best. toward the end of the diet, i did work out, but not extreme.

  • Diabetes runs in my family as well. Its hard. My condolences. My prayers are with you and your family. I use truvia. I heard splenda wasn't the best for our bodies somewhere.. (our brains I think). You are doing great on the hcg! Congrats!

  • my wellness doc recommends not to use Splenda, so i'll just go with that. take care.

  • I have that same jacket.. you are doing fine. hang in there. If you are going to use anything other than Stevia, the next best choice is saccharin aka "Sweet n Low".. others promote hunger and craving for sugar... just saying. Aspartame is HORRIBLE for brain function... and other side effects. I partake in moderation... very, very, very slightly.

    I UNDERSTAND so much your pain.

    I saw my grandmother die of complications. Diabetes skips every other generation so watch your children for signs.
