dude let your bike warm up for a few before you start cranking on the throttle like that, that head needs time to get oil flowing to it...nice bike though, sounds gooood
-
Dude,
1 - First off that is a nice bike, good for you.
2 - Please don't start it on the side-stand...the lugs have a tendency to break off from repeatedly doing that.
3 - It looks like you need help from some long time Triumph enthusiasts. Go to BritBike.com
4 - Enjoy the Triumph !

starts easier than my Trident, that's for sure!
-
Like Jawa 350...ha ha...

the change in back pressure will eventually force out your exhaust valve guides and make your tappets need grinding...otherwise sounds cool... i used to do that in the 80's so i know how loud it sounds especially when in tunnels or under bridges
-
purrfect just for kicks.
-
well either jetting or exhaust would solve the problem!!
feel free to be out riding it, but for me itd be much better if it ran well.
seems you got a little bit pissed off with what i said, whereas your first reply was much nicer.
jets or exhaust, do one or the other! nto fair to it to have it running like poo!
-
Dude f*** what people say about the sound. Us loves it.
what a pointless exercise. why not just get some nice baffle-less reverse cone megas and it will run well, instead of being loud and running terribly under 5 thou????

Maybe I will... That was the first time I started it, just screwin around and whatnot. Thanks for the input.

ps what would having mufflers or not having mufflers have to do with it running "terribly under 5 thou"? It seems to me that I'd be out riding it instead of posting crap on youtube if it were in a state of tune where the exhaust harmonics had any effect on the running. I think, instead of worrying about baffles vs no baffles vs reverse cones, I'll worry about getting it properly jetted.

is this a t100c?

Yep. it's got the wrong pipes and color and there's no centerstand, but it's a T100C, 1970.
