There is something before the ESC called 'ESC Promo Tour' for esc contestants to promote their song.
And that promo tour came in Amsterdam :)

why were they in Amsterdam, when ESC was in Germany?

Yes !! <3 Still possible they would have done page script' mistake in the belgian events website,
but he said 'we'll go to Belgium' and it's mentioned on the website that in the evening will be performed
'Angel in Disguise' <3 God I'm stressed now xD
