Your absolutely right; Injured workers are being DENIED benefits, operations, retraining; Canadian family's are being ripped apart due to Workers Compensation BLATANT BAD FAITH insurance claim practices- DENIAL OF EVERYTHING and ANYTHING; The historical agreement, Meredith Principle has been twisted like a pretzel, to deny injured or disabled workers benefits;
God help you if you are injured severely, because workers comp will make your injury a MILLION times worse with their LIES;

Yes you are correct. But even if you have 100 tests and they all show you are disabled from your employment, they will still force you to appeal. Appealing means you will get no medical care, you will be forced to sell everything you own and spend your savings, and you will be so stresed at this obvious fraud committedaganst you that thoughts of suicide and even murder will be constant companions. That is how they close a serious injury claim. Pain, poverty and stress kills the patient.

Workers Compensation is legalized fraud. Injured workers are being denied diagnostic tests that would show their injury, this is how workers comp forces injured workers back to work with no treatment other than a physiotherapy course were their complaints are discarded like yesterday's trash; Injured workers become disabled workers due to further injury, and develop chronic pain due to untreated injuries; This is a SAD SAD WORLD. Why is Canada allowing this DYSFUNCTIONAL organization to exist:
