Pasaban KDD-2200 Folio Precision Sheeter Line

Used 82" (2200mm) Pasaban Model KDD-2200 Synchronous Folio Precision Sheeter Line. Manufactured 1999. Four (4) web shaftless unwind system with 60" (1500mm) max. roll diameter, Min. sheet length 15.7" (400mm). Max. sheet length 63" (1600mm), 3" and 6" roll core chuck diameter. Max. operating speed 1300 FPM (400 MPM).

The system has both Folio Ream Discharge and Full Pile Stacking. Packaging for Automatic Folio Carton, Folio Ream Wrapping and Reams on Skid Variable Configuration. The KDD series is designed to cut both paper and paperboard.

- Reel Splicing, Core removal and Splice detection system
- 5-Head slitting section, with automatic and motorized manual positioning
- Pull rolls, with motorized ceramic coated bottom roll and pneumatically actuated polyurethane coated top pinch roll
- Synchronized direct drive cutting section, with auto-sheet length graduation
- Update in 2006 with Aluminum rotary knives and software update.
- High speed delivery section, with motorized belt/tape conveyor
- Pneumatically activated reject gate
- Movable carriage overlapping section
- Slow belt sheet re-tensioning section, with removable carriage
- Sheet delivery to layboy, including sheet delivery section, stack front leveling system side jogging plates, backstop section, (2) hydraulic layboy stations

Complete Bielomatik Folio Cartoning line. Complete Bielomatik Folio Ream Wrap Line Mdl FSW 500.
Lithibar Matik carton labeling palletizing system, Mullet Model HPA-800 automated pallet wrapping station, S/N 83620790, approximately 60"diameter rotary transfer conveyor, with approximately 60" max. wrap height.

This line has run until June 2009. Complete specifications on request. Numerous spare parts will be provided with the machine. Complete sheeting line in excellent operating condition. Available due to complete plant shut down of Neenah Paper Ripon, California. Maybe sold with or without Bielomatik packaging systems.
