A lot of players have different rubber on each side of the paddle. For instance: an offensive "fast" rubber on the red forehand side for attacking and a rubber with long pimpels on the black backhand side for defending is a common variation. Wich rubber to use depends on your playing style

ya i used to play ping pong at this school i went to yes we had a ping pong table i thought it was dumb till i started and god damn its actually really fun when u get into it i love this sport takes alot of hand eye coordination
