Ab Workout Instructions:

Perform each exercise in order for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest in between.

Complete all 4 ab exercises and repeat one more round for a total of 4 minutes

  • What do you mean by Metabolic Resistance Training and Interval Training ??? I know already the Supportive eating of course eat vegetables and if you are eating fats balance it

  • @SuperDotakidz awesome that you have the supportive eating down. By metabolic resistance training I mean weight training that gets your heart rate up, such as push ups, followed by squat jumps, followed by pull ups, followed by walking lunges, etc., with little rest in between exercises. By Interval training, I mean (for example) run hard for 1 minutes, walk for 2 minutes, repeat several times. These are just examples. Hope that helps.

  • Thanks for all of the comments. Yes the gliders are way cool and way cheap. Lots of other exercises can be done with them, that I did not show. You can also use the ValSlides from Valerie Waters.

  • Hey! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my brother in law got great 6 pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.
